We are completing the school year strong and getting ready for the move to our new building. We have ten more days until the end of the 2020-2021 school year.
This week, from May 18th – 20th, our 3rd and 4th grader scholars will be taking the EOG in Reading and Math. Please wish them luck as they have been working extremely hard to prepare for this day. Our K-2 Scholars will be taking their end-of-year assessments in Reading and Math to let us know their strengths and weaknesses.
We are excited to announce our MCA Summer Reading Program, July 12th – 22nd. Please view the link for the information and Survey Application. Spaces will be limited, so do not delay!
We will begin to collect Chromebooks and Hotspots on Monday, May 24 – Friday, May 27, from 7:30am – 3:00pm. You may also turn in your Chromebook and hotspot early.
Change of Date: Our First Community Involvement Day will occur on June 19 from 9am – 12pm at our new location, 2850 Old Charlotte Highway. A signup genius will be sent via email to ask our parents and the community to come out and help us beautify our new campus and prepare for the 2021-2022 school year.
Please follow us on Instagram and Facebook at Monroe Charter Academy to stay updated on MCA’s most current news and events.
