Extended Care Fees

Annual Family Registration Fee: $25

Each family is responsible for a one-time annual family registration fee when enrolling in any Extended Care or Enrichment Program and all summer camps.  This is charged once per family and covers all family members for enrollment in any of our programs for the entire school year.  

Unlimited Use: $270 per month  

This care option includes all regular school days and early dismissal days.  It is intended to offer your family meaningful savings over the daily usage rate.  More than $1000 per child per year.  These rates also allow your family to take advantage of our multi-child discount which allows a 10% reduction in the tuition of the eldest child. Unlimited use is billed in 9 equal payments of $270.  Payments are due on the first of each month September through May.  

Daily Use $21 per day

This care option is provided for families who would prefer less than an unlimited use of the service.  It does not include any special days nor does it allow families to take advantage of the multi-child discount.  Rates vary according to the hours of operation on days of non-traditional length.  Care on these dates will require a separate online registration and payment.

Contract Changes

Two weeks of a written notice is required for all contract changes or cancellations.  Less than two weeks notice will result in the responsibility for 50% of the tuition for that week.  Less than one week notice will result in the responsibility for 100% of the tuition for that week.

Late or Non-Payment Policy

The after-school care program reserves the right to impose a $25 late payment penalty if payment is not received on or before the 10th of each month.
